2013
In 2013 we built this lovely bungalow development in the centre of Tyldesley, Greater Manchester for Redwater Homes.
​
The £1.7 million gated project consisted of 12 bungalows and was hugely in demand with the 50-plus age bracket.
The bungalows have French doors leading onto a pleasantly landscaped-garden, together with designer kitchens and walk-in showers.
​
The site was proudly opened by the current Mayor of Manchester Andy Burnham.
